First Missouri Credit Union, a growing credit union, is seeking self-motivated, career minded individual with commitment to customer service and good communication skills to manage our teller department.
The supervisor will lead and coach all tellers in the area of member service skills, answering questions, solving problems, helping with complex work-related matters and coordinate staffing, training and cross-training for all tellers. Responsible for the daily balancing of the cash position and other assigned records or accounts.
Dependable, energetic and detail oriented individual must have supervisory experience. Organizational skills and multi-task ability required.
Full time schedule, Monday - Friday hours. Benefits include medical & dental insurance, 401k plan and more.
